<aside> 🙌🏻 Every FELT Tutor is required to check Notion and Discord every week at least once (should be a lot more!). Each week on Sunday, there will be an updated ‘check-in list’ where tutors will have to check off their name to indicate that they’ve looked at Notion/Discord for the week at least once anytime during the week, but by Saturday night.
Every FELT tutor is also required to keep a Felt Journal on every lesson with their student. Each journal entry should be 2-3 sentences. This helps Branch Directors and Executive Directors up-to-date on how they are doing and so they can check-in with their tutors! Each week, Branch Directors will leave a comment below each journal entry responding to your lesson. Feel free to add comments or questions on the journal or just chat with your Branch Director on Discord.
